Moon & Autumn (Haiku)

Hi all,

I am writing two haiku for Haiku Heights and the themes are moon and autumn.

Moon pale and vacant
I fill all my dreams in it
Light encompass me

Did you leave your mark
Recite poems on autumn days
Words resting in trees

Words resting in trees. Nice to think that's where they go after we have spoken them :)

I think the second haiku here is very good - it asks a question I feel I should answer positively.....now I must go away and remember...and I'm glad you made me.

I can see those words cradled in the boughs of a stately old oak!
