Shells (O.S.I.)

Hi all,

The recent heat wave has me daydreaming about the beach.  This week's theme at O.S.I. is shell.

Yesterday's sand cools
But the sun has left her mark
Leaving shells as presents

Lost she carries them
Buckets of shells glimmering
Our eyes cross the sea

Past leaves its baggage to be carried by us. You have put it so nicely here.

Very nicely written, W.G. :)
I read these literally and loved them! Especially the first.
The second? Well, we are across the sea in London so if she is with you in the heat on the beach she's really doing fine. It is cool, 50's, and rainy here today.
