O.S.I.: Borders
Hi all, this is written for O.S.I. and the theme this week is borders. This poem is written in septolet form and is partly inspired by my reading of One Thousand Gifts.
Move
Between the lines
Shifting in
The soul
Crossing
The equator
Of the heart
Border
The conscience
Giver and taker
Of life
Freedom
In living
The full life

W.G, I like this! Living the full life is crossing the equator of the heart. Let your conscience be your guide.
I like your septolet form. Some of these different forms are hard. This one looks fun but a little tricky in getting the right fourteen words that mirrow each other.
..
I like your definition of conscience!
Amazing! You are always up for the challenge,
such a gentle, quiet person living the full
life and showing us how... CROSS OVER!
This was so well done..I like how you wove the ending two stanzas.
There were some interesting reviews, but I liked this- "It's only in this expressing of gratitude for the life we already have, we discover the life we've always wanted"
Thanks for your encouragement.. though I working on getting some needed gardening done outside, I've hit a low point with the blogging. So I'm sort of trying to reflect and stand back..figure out what the heck I'm doing (ha ha). I appreciate you!
I love this form !!
And you used it well .. :)
Life feels 'so simple' after reading you. Thank you. Please have a good Wednesday.
