Deep Autumn Sleep

Hi all,

Today I am free styling and posting an original poem I recently penned. Hope you enjoy!

I was asleep when
The autumn winds
Blew away
The world I’d known
And the trees
They bronzed themselves
With leaves of yellow gold
One lap around the clouds
Blue sky upon my back
Ripe apple against my lips
Crunch of fallen leaves beneath me
Dreams christened in colorful sun
I drift in autumn’s spell deeply
