Oubliette (O.S.I)

Hi bloggers,

This week's O.S.I. prompt is oubliette, a unique French word. I chose the poetic style rondelet to write this poem.

The dragon stirs
Venom skin and eyes midnight black
The dragon stirs
Her nostrils flail like hot lava
Thick tendrils gliding down her back
Dungeon walls tumbling with a crack
The dragon stirs

Well I made sure to look everything up..and boy are you sharp! This is really cool.. but it helps (if you don't know) making it even more significant, if you know what I mean. Nice job!

I love it, W.G! She was a powerful dragon. If I ever get thrown into a dungeon I will wish for her.
..
BTW, I always thought all dragons were sirs.

Thank you for the introduction to the rondelet. I've seen them before, now I know how (a little bit how).
..
Again:
The dragon stirs
Venom skin and eyes midnight black
The dragon stirs
Her nostrils flail like hot lava
Thick tendrils gliding down her back
Dungeon walls tumbling with a crack
The dragon stirs
