Poetry A-Z

I wanted to try something new this week with an entry I'd like to call Poetry A-Z.

I am fascinated with alliteration and decided to invent a little game using two or more stressed syllables in the same word group.

Today is the Letter A. If you feel creatively inspired, try one yourself. The possibilities of words are endless.

Adorably audacious
Acting alluringly
Angelic
Agile attempts
At acrobats
Across Appalachians
Anticipating
Arias atonement
Adapting adolescence

I'm realizing I need more brain exercises, I can't think of one. Neat game.

Nice! I love Agile attempts, Across Appalachians and Arias atonement, especially.

Alright always

Great idea! I like all your "A" words. I think I'll give it a shot.

This is wisely written!!! I am waiting for Z; it is a tricky one, I suspect.

Hi there..so I looked into this a bit..so the rhyming comes at the beginning..hmm? I want to try this and I'm working on an acrostic one too (thanks to U) but not really ready? At first I didn't think much about it but it's kind of inspiring. I think your pretty sharp anyway..
