Suicide Bombers (Acrostic)

Sink into the mire
Under burqas passing by
Ink black clouds fall
Cradling bomb goes tick
Indecisive bell cries aloud
Dining tourists laugh smugly
Eternity extends her hand

Breathe the blue air
Orange blossom she gives
Memories of love lost
Beckon her soul in
Empty rejection of life
Remember the final destination
Sacrifice soul to greatness

This is spot on Write Girl ... but in most cases greatness does not come even with sacrifices.

It is mistook that it leads them to greatness. I hate it when people misunderstand such a noble teaching.

A brilliant write here!

Its true purpose of suicide bombers is greateness through sacrifice...but alas it isn't true!
You captured the essence so well

I was about to write about tragedy today as well because of some gun shots and people possibly murdered last night in my neighborhood...But as I began to write, God spoke a different message for me to share...I love this girl...Your take on life is beautifully captivated within your words!

Hi there..appears our thoughts are running pretty close. Nice acrostic here!
Where the culture of (death- becomes valued).."sacrifice soul to greatness" is like having "zeal without knowledge"

It is a pity that such steadfast belief and supreme sacrifice result in loss of precious lives for a misconstrued objective. Brilliant writing, dear.

Why do such people exist?

I hate to think that the human race have become so morbid!
