Haiku Heights: Stranger

Hi all,

I've written a pair of haikus for Haiku Heights. The theme this week is stranger.

Dark eyes gazing back
Mysterious steps protract
Descend into black

Facing in moonlight
Beaming face in twinkling stars
My friend, no stranger

It would be difficult for friends to be strangers, wouldn't it? On the other hand...
