Teenage Hero

Hi bloggers,

This is a free style poem I wrote. I hope you enjoy!

In the midnight
Of his adolescence
The preponderance
To sit still
On the windowsill
Of remembrance
Mirror of disgust
An awkward lust
To thrust
His teenage mind
Into the future
Disguise his angst
His pimply face
Four eyed geekness
Without a trace
Suave Clark Kent
Down a descent
Perchance a hero
Erase the zero
Manifesto of mind
He hits rewind
Within he is bold
The chapter unfolds

I like this, Katina. You must have a brother! Older or younger? It's a perfect read of a boy coming into puberty.
At my age I can still remember those feelings along with the courage from someplace to go ahead for another round.
Thanks for checking in on me. You are so nice. I'd knock on your door if I were single and closer to your age.
I'll be okay, one of these times I will pick back up with OSI.
